Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Clôturama SN, Keur Séga factory, Sébikotane — Dakar, Senegal. For any question: commercial@cloturama-sn.com.
2. What data do we collect, and why?
We only collect the data you enter yourself in our forms:
- Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional) and message, to answer your request.
- Quote request (“My quote” and the configurator): the content of your selection, your contact details and your message, to prepare the quote.
- Newsletter sign-up: your e-mail address, to send you our news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Pro area: your business account information (company, identity, contact details, password stored in encrypted form), to manage your access.
3. On what basis?
Your consent (newsletter, forms), the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (quotes) and our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abusive submissions.
4. Who receives your data, and for how long do we keep it?
Your data is intended for the Clôturama SN team. It is hosted by Scaleway SAS in France / European Union (see the legal notice), and your messages go through our e-mail delivery service. We do not sell it or pass it on for advertising purposes.
We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete or archive it. A newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe.
5. Cookies and storage on your device
The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement tool. It only sets technical items needed for it to work:
- Your quote basket is kept in your browser’s local storage (key cloturama:devis:v1). It stays on your device and is sent only when you submit a quote request.
- The clt-pro session cookie keeps you signed in to the Pro area. It is set only if you sign in.
- The altcha cookie keeps an anti-spam proof of work, computed by your browser, which lets us tell visitors from robots. It contains no personal data.
On the Contact page, the map is provided by OpenStreetMap: your browser loads map tiles from its servers, which therefore receive your IP address. The “Directions” button opens Google Maps in a new tab, only if you click it.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. Write to us at commercial@cloturama-sn.com stating your request; we will reply as soon as possible.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP) of Senegal: www.cdp.sn.
